Hi, I am currently taking Seroquel which calms me down enought to sleep at night and it works, but I have gained so much weight and it makes me ravenously hungry. I can't take benzo's because I have addictions. Does anyone have something that works? I have tried melatonin, valerian most of the herbal things, they do nothing? Help??

have you tried altering your Sleep Hygiene? That might help...

Sleep Hygiene is developing good sleep habits so one can sleep
