Hi everyone,

Iam having some seriously horrendous dreams recently, I know its down to the stress I am under because of my family relationship but if anyone can interpret my dreams for me then that would be brill.

My recurring one lately is losing one of my children. I have four. they wouldbe there one minute and say I have to turn a corner and they are ahead so that they turn the corner before me by the time I get round the corner one of them has gone missing. The last dram I had like this it was my youngest daughter. the feeling of terror is unbelieveable, I can feel my body tense and everything even though I am asleep. I end up waking myself up and then I cannot get back to sleep. I once dreamed that my son was lying at the bottom of a body of water obviously dead as he wasn;t moving but he looked asleep.

I have also had a similar dream about one of my neices though when i had seen her one day. The dream I had about her was the same only she was hung in a packed toilets with people all around her. she was only three.

I know these sound horrible. I just hope that are only a reaction to the stress I am under.

I look forward to your thoughts

Sharon

That is horrible, I don't really know why you are having dreams that horrible, it could be the stress, I have had these types of dreams before and they lasted awhile, I started thinking that I would have them forever, but after a good while they finally stopped. At the time I was having the dreams I was under a lot of stress, so maybe, hopefully, that is all yours are. All I can say is I hope things get better and your stress starts melting away, try exercising, it relieves stress or screaming into a pillow, they are said to be some of the best ways to draind stress then your dreams should hopefully get better.
