They wrote me a prescription for Hydroxyzine (Vistaril) for insomnia.
Problem is... I can take when I go to bed (let's just say 11:00pm)... and by like 3:00am it has worn off and I am wide awake. And no matter what I do I can't go back to sleep. ARRRGH!!!! Has anyone else experienced anything similar? It makes me want take another pill, but I know I shouldn't |

I'm actually really suprised you're taking that for a sleep aid! I have it for panic attacks, but I hate taking it cause it gives me restless legs and makes me jittery a few hours after I take it, and then I can't sleep at all. That's the reason I only take it when I'm REALLY anxious...
Have you tried other sleep aids? |
