I smoked my last cigarette on saturday.

I care! I am not a current smoker but I do know that nicotine is one of the most addictive substances out there. You are doing a hard thing and having success. Congratulations! I am glad to hear the cravings are not as bad as you thought. Keep going!! I will check back to see how you are doing.

I care! I can tell you from experience ( 38 years!) that what you are doing is wonderful, and hard to do. I was blessed while my husband was in hospital for surgery, that God took my cigarettes from me. I woke up one morning, not craving, not thinking about smoking, nothing. I haven't touched them since then. That was July of 2008. If I do say so myself, I'm proud of me. I never wanted to quit, but some things you don't question. Take Care. I care too. Quitting is so difficult and you have made the hardest part already, you made the decision. Now it is just a matter of sticking to being a nonsmoker. Time will pass and it gets easier. The cravings get less intense by the day. I am now quit 106 days and very proud of myself. I go to Quitnet.com for chat room and it helps a lot. Good luck in your quit.
