Been quit for fifty-eight hours now. Four packs a day, thirty years...

Yay me!

Will accept all pats on the back and encouragement...

Over three days now, that would make it...um.... day 4 right? Still mentally fuzzy...

Last night was really hard; wanted to cry....didn't smoke anyway.

The first week is always the hardest. Once you make it past those first 7 days it will get easier. Keep up the good work and give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it!
Thanks for this!

Thanks Skully. I was taking Chantix but quit last night...I didn't like what it was doing to my head. Not going to smoke again, just going to do it without the drugs.
