I've been on Champix(drug name in Canada, Chantix in the USA) for 3 weeks now and I have not even thought of having a cigarette.

I have tried the patches and the gums and they were pretty ineffective for me.

The worst time for me was when I would wake in the morning and have a strong urge for a coffee and cigarrette. Now I justs have a large coffee instead.

Champix/Chantix is definitely worth looking at if you want to break the habit of smoking.

It has been stress free for me so far.
Thanks for this!

I couldn't agree more. I'm a health care worker and have seen sooo many confirmed, long-term smokers able to quit really quite easily with Chantix. A godsend for smoking cessation.
