been a smoker since I was 15 thats 27 years......on day 7 no smoking.

Hoping to keep this up.

I'm on 5 months, and its great! You have been through the hard part.... Just don't do it no matter what!

Thanks all. Im craving the taste more than anything.

its hard but im keeping it up. I have asthma. walking around with an inhaler in one hand and a smoke in the other is just plain stupid.
