I am living proof that if I can quit smoking, anyone can. I used to smoke every 5 minutes. I am so glad after 5 weeks that I don't crave one and my bronchitis is clearing up some. Best to all who want to quit. You can do it!!

A week ago, I'd have been here bragging with you! Had some really BAD days, triggers all over the place. I had to quit because they've made me sicker than I was with many physical/structural problems. Made it 6 mos. and started again a few days ago...found a pack hidden I'd forgotten about!
I smoke when I just really don't care if I live or die. Gotta find something worth living for.
