I had my last smoke at 9:25 a.m. Monday morning. it's actually been okay not smoking these past few days. wish me continued luck!

keep up the hard work... try not to make the mistake of picking up a cigarette again thinking you can just smoke a little an be ok. The urges come back but the good news is, the urges go away whether you smoke or not.
