although the drug has made me a little more cuckoo feeling, it's amazing how it: a) makes the cigs taste like crap b) takes away any sort of buzz I would get off a smoke c) makes me sick to my stomach when I smoke.
it's amazing. within two weeks I felt like a non-smoker. I'm still emotionally attached to one or two a day (morning) but that's still amazing since I used to do twenty a day.

the other thing I've found helpful is QuitIt app for iPhone. it's a clock that keeps track of how long you've quit for, how much money you have saved, how much tar you aren't ingesting and how many cigs you haven't smoked. that's truly inspiring for me! right now it's telling me: 21 days, 1 hour, 45 minutes/$109.59/3.378g tar/422 cigarettes.

just wanted to share what has helped me. good luck!
