Hi All,

I've been on again off again for years. I need to quit for obvious reasons, but one in particular is that I am prone to panic attacks, and when I use too much nicotine it seems to trigger them. Every time I tried switching to the e-cig I got panic attacks shortly after, so that won't help me. I tried the nicotine gum and last time I also got panic attacks. I know how to deal with them now but I just don't want to keep putting myself through that. I am going to quit, starting tomorrow.

Thanks for this!
