I've been looking into quit tea. Sorry I'm on my phone, but can post a link later if needed

I just was wondering if anyone has tried that.

It's suppose to detox the body from the nicotine and it provides the distraction and hand to mouth fixation (some of my strong, likes with smoking)

But I wonder about the taste.
I tried to sign up for a fr ee packet but for some reason the email that I am suppose to get doesn't come, so I don't think it's coming

I know 12 bucks to gamble on something that could help with succeeding this time isn't really a loss but thought I'd ask here

Seems like it could be worth a shot.
I personally tried everything - the gum, the patch, the lozenges, the e-cigs.

Eventually I found something that works. Haven't tried this, but it seems like a cool idea and had to look it up!

I think no matter how you do it, remember you have support here and it can be done! (If I can quit anyone can with enough persistence and support).

I got some quit tea arrived the other day but I hadn't checked the mail. . it's not too awful ... I don't know though if I'll fully quit but if it helps with slacking off slowly then that would be an improvement. Just thought I would update.

Anything that helps you psychologically is worth it.

I quit using Champix tablets and an e-cigarette for moments of desperation.
Thanks for this!
