I am 1 month today cig free - my longest time without smokes in almost ten years
Never thought I could do this and also I've never felt healthier.
I still get irritable sometimes - but I'm working on it.
Hope I can keep this up!

congratulations~! i hope you decide to refuse to give in to any lurking cravings, and remember how grateful your lungs, heart, throat and mouth are, to be free of those noxious chemicals~!!

beating nicotine is one of the greatest victories in life, it can be hard~! i used acupuncture to help me, but not everyone has access to that,,

best wishes~
Gus

1 month down :)
