I got a severe cold with bronchitis. Doctor advised that I NOT smoke while I am recovering on antibiotics and an inhaler, so I decided to quit smoking on November 6th. I joined an online/phone support group and bought nicotine patches. I am excited and a bit freaked out.

hallelu, and congratulations for turning the bad to the good, On2! i hope you beat the crap out of that old nicotine~ do keep us updated,, it helps to tell on yourself~
