I couldn't do today without them damn it!! I can handle the cravings, the withdrawals, the irritation etc but feeling my emotional pain without the protective smoke screen - wasn't there yet today.Back into it tomorrow. I hope you guys are doing ok with your own journeys

I wish you the best, don't feel bad, you always have another chance to quit...
I'm thinking that the last 4 I have now should be it, its so darn expensive and I just know something is already wrong with my health because of smoking all these years. I know that comforting smoke screen though...
