So tried everything now.

last stop hypnotism, and it appears to be working.

i'm only on day one, but i've been up for 10+hours without a cigarette, and only just started getting cravings.
normally it hits the fan within an hour of waking.

The other two methods that worked well were; E-cigs.. -
But i just couldn't accept the idea in my mind…. they just worried me..
Incredible things that will save many people (provided the government don't ban them)

and straight cold turkey (got to day 11)…

-

This time though, i'm listening to this hypnotism session/recording once a day… and it's slowly working i think. I'm getting less and less attached to smoking each day, and it's losing it's appeal. (which is certainly a first)

However cold turkey today is sucking as per usual. But at least the cravings are
numb and somewhat absent.

i really want a 'beer to ride it out' but i know where that'll lead

So i might just take some xanax and a nap,.. maybe listen to the tape again.
(you're supposed to listen to it for 21 days before quitting {ideally})
i'm only on day 3 or 4.. of listening.

But it's the second hypnotism tape i've listened to,,, and like binaural beats - They really seem to work for me.
I must find one for anxiety.
Someone explained hypnotism quite well to me once; ~'it's like someone else meditating for you'~
But i've got a really good feeling about it this time, it just feels easier and more natural to me.

but yeah… just don't know what to do with my time…
guess i'll probably watch game of thrones and true blood….

Sure glad it's working for you. It'll be the best thing you ever did for yourself. Hang in there.
