oh lord so i have quit so many times and i'm going ten months strong
i do not have a craving right now but have today, and i would like to just talk a little bit about things that might help you, the reader. . .

i quit cold turkey when i did and did a few things that workd for me

they say u need to replace a habit with a habit so i chose tea

they also say a craving last s like twenty min

so the time it takes to brew a cup of tea and drink the tea the craving should have passed

also i began cooking more and that too helped wonders

oh and i kept one single cigarette on me and would simply hold the cig and meditate on it instead of lighting up. . . of course the cig went stale and no body that enjoys smoking would smoke a stale cig
soooo i recommend keeping ONE on you, not to smoke just to contemplate smoking. . .

that pretty much did the trick for me. . .

bc i found when i didn't have that one with me to meditate on i would go and buy a pack and there went the viscious cycle. . .

Hello, apreslui. I smoked for many years. Quitting was not easy.

Congratulations.
