Good thing my husband noticed in the information for the Lexapro that smoking decreases the effects.

I've only had one smoke today. I really want to go outside for another, but I think what I really want is 5 minutes from my kids. Blech - the smoking is making me feel gross

Ah well, it's just after 7, it'll be bedtime soon.

Good for you for cutting back!!! That is a hard thing to do. I understand because I am currently addicted to the darn things. They make me feel gross, constant sore throat, constant hoarse voice...I plan on quitting June 1 (my grad school will be over). Let us know if you pick a date to quit--I'd love to offer extra encouragement! Although cutting back is a great accomplishment! Hang in there.

I'm so proud of you for cutting back on the smoking! It's good that you're finding them gross. I wish I did. I'm on Lexapro and still smoking a pack a day. Blech - the smoking is making me feel gross

I smoked for twenty-something years before I quit six years ago when my mother told me she had lung cancer. It was not easy and I still crave them but I never picked one up again. Blech - the smoking is making me feel gross

I'll be rooting for you!

It's hard to stop and you gain weight but I do feel much better overall. I still get cravings really bad though.
