Yep got really sick and couldn't breathe. It was nearly impossible to smoke. My Dr. suggested I try and quit. I didn't want to but it was sort of natural because I felt too bad to smoke so I just sort of laid them down. Now I'm on day 5. I have had some cravings so I chew tobacco which is sort of gross but gets rid of the nicotine craving. I don't do it much, a couple times a day and I don't see myself continuing it too long. I have had a little anxiety, irritability but not too bad. Overall I'm very proud of myself for being smoke free!

Congratulations!!! Maybe patches would work better than chewing tobacco as that can be habit forming as well.

Smoking was my method of nicotine delivery. You're blessed to have 2 methods under your belt...double the trouble I guess!! Good luck, if I can stop putting nicotine in my body I know you can do it!
