I am really excited it is only 30 more days to the one year mark for my smoking cessation! I am totally off nicotine and so far have managed to deny the urge to lite up with my triggers! This is going to be a serious personal victory for me; I started smoking in 1979 on and off (sneaking) until 1986 then a 1 to 4 pack a day diehard smoker until 20 minutes before the new years ball dropped 12-31-2015!

I will congratulate you. You are doing a great job. I know that it's not easy as I quit in 1993. I have enjoyed being smoke free. Keep up the good work.
