I'm smoking way more than I should (over 20 cigarettes a day) and I just don't know how to quit. Sometimes, I think about all the potential risks I run and I get really, really scared, yet the need to light a cigarette is way too strong. Are there any techniques to stop smoking? I once quit smoking cold turkey but went back at it when my father fell ill and died. I haven't quit since. I can't go on like this! Thank you.
