Hi
I used to smoke more than 15 of every day. the smoking propensity brings some medical problem to me. My closed ones guided me to stop smoking, however, I couldn't stop it. I feel so drained while waking just a little distance.is there any way I could quit smoking? |

I agree with above, tapering down worked for me before, never cold turkey. I'm now vaping and just my experience, but it's nothing but another addiction for me. I do like it too much and have to discipline myself. I find myself using it in bed! It's addictive like other stop smoking aids.... so to get the nicotine out of your system for a month would be the goal for you, then your cravings would lessen. Hope you quit, best wishes.
