I've been trying to quit smoking, I do good for a few days and than once I crave it again, I right back to smoking again. It's horrible for my health and gives me lots of sinus headaches. So I believe I'm allergic to the cigarette smoke. No matter how hard I try to quit, I always end up going back to smoking, when I know it's horrible for my health.
I bought some regular gum and some mints to use instead when I feel a craving. I've stopped for the third time cold turkey. Can't afford to smoke anymore because it's making me feel horrible and have so many migraines. The craving sucks, that's one thing that always draws me back into smoking again. Please wish me luck! I need it. So far this is my first day and I hope I can quit for good this time. Just want to take proper care of myself now and put my health first. |

One way that helped me was weening off them over the course of a couple of months 5,3,1 a day something like that.
Anyway, would a lollipop help as it somewhat follows the motion. Hang in there you can do it!! |
