I know that I should have written this in successful stories but i don’t have much to write. I’m introvert.
But, I ensure you that you can get some kind of overcoming because I got it.

The three main techniques that helped me more were: Social exposure therapy ( doing something I do really like but that has any degree of difficulty because it involves interacting with people), the former helped me to focus my mind on something else I enjoyed or had to solve other than these intrusive thoughts that always came to my mind and prevented me from doing anything and this last provided me with a self-confidence I never thought that I could achieve.

Acceptance it’s the key. I never thought that I could reach it. Don’t ever apart your sight from the fact that you are a marvellous person. Maybe, who made a lot if mistakes in the past, ok…you learnt from these mistakes. Actually, you are making mistakes. I’m making mistakes and I will and what? Everyone does it.
You are precious. No matter how many mistakes you made. It doesn’t steal a single grain of yourself as long as you are prone to learn from these experiences.

Please, don’t punish yourself. You are as anybody else. As me, as any other people here in these boards and as anybody else outside.
Don’t punish yourself!
