Can anyone recommend a good self help book for self esteem. The one my T gave me reads like a textbook. I don't want to be a T I just want to help myself.

There is a section on self esteem here on the site that is pretty good. Anyone want to help me out with a link to it?

I once read "the 10 minute life coach" and it helped me soo much!! I really should motivate myself to read through it again, it's been 5 years.

It's been a while so I don't feel up to really describing it but you can probably read a review of it on amazon.

I'll come back and see what others have suggested because I'm quite interested too. x

I read a lot of young adult novels and that helped me, how they solved their, similar problems. Slower but much more fun :-)

One I recommend is A Red Heart of Memories, by Nina Kiriki Hoffman and another, The Homeward Bounders by Dianna Wynne Jones.
