I truly believe when you have been knocked down in life, and when you were never the central part of anyone's world then the possibly of low self esteem is really high. In my circumstance, I have a lot of stress in my life, and I really am not feeling well about where I am at versus where I should be at. I have had things go on that weren't fair and its like my life is against me, and if you can't beat em join em...well that in turn makes me low in the esteem area. I hope one day to rebuild and be sucessful and really happy again, painfree. I sometimes believe I'm dreaming

I've always had very low self esteem. It's painful for me everyday, so know that you are not alone.

Thanks for asking Byzantine... Well its a hard process being unwell, and the process of acceptance is where I'm at right now, cause its not going anywhere anytime soon. So with depression and physical issues, you basically are left with what you have, and to make the best of it I suppose , and to get as many suppoorts as you need.

Lorna I hope you're doing ok and finding ways to help with your self esteem. You're definitely not alone.
I suffer with horribly low self esteem too, it's been my whole life that way, I can't imagine what it feels like to like myself or think I'm capable of much. I hope there is a way to have that someday!
Good luck to you in your journey x
Thanks for this!
