I wanted to share this: It may ease others who are consumed

I call you my friend because we accept each other as we are, when ever we are in contact

You my friend, You've heard the saying "you've got a lot on your plate"? Means you personally are over loaded with stuff!

You know I am 50. I read lives story for your age - You are very hard on yourself, but I see why you are. A lot, I believe sounds like it is Because it's Expected!

Life, emotions, whatever - Plus doing, being what you are suppose to do or chose to do -

I can understand you being down at times. One, it is normal. Yet society and it's expectations 'Say it is not permitted.'

Though being emotional human beings - How can we not go through emotional ups & downs. Even if there isn't anything particular causing it.

Sometimes - The mind, body just says - HEY, give me a break. Or literally we could break down.

I pat you on the back my friend. Know that with me I understand the ups & downs. With me you can always vent to my ear -

It's getting through the moment that I live by. Which means if it's a bad time - I've got to TRY and remember "This too shall pass"!

Being a bible quote to - Is a good thing.

One more thing: When we get down, it is NOT that we must START OVER! It's that we must JUST get up and continue. (That is what life really is about)

Also there is no perfection - there is continuation and growth of...

A good friend once told me: All the things that you are doing for others DO NOT GO IN VAIN, and it may seem that you are not getting a return, but you are, maybe not now, but God never lets any good deed go unrewarded.

"How can I feel abandoned, even when the world surrounds me;
How can I bite the hand that feeds the strangers all around me;
How can I know so many; never really knowing anyone;
If I seem superhuman I have been Misunderstood."

Thanks for this!
