These small changes improve your quality of life and boost self esteem. I wanted to share this info because we all deserve that!

Practice these tips and soon enough it will become second nature and you WILL be a happier person!

* "Life is to be enjoyed, not endured!"

* Let go of guilt and regrets. They are useless emotions.

* yesterdays gone and tomorrow's not promised so live each day the best you can.

* It could always be worse!be grateful.

* Treat yourself, you deserve it!

* Take stressful times minute by minute.

* YOU come first. Make yourself happy then relationships should add to it, not be the only reason for happiness.

* Live your dreams, you can do anything you want if you work hard enough, and the payoff is amazing!

* Be strong. Don't let anything or anyone beat you down.

* Go with your gut feeling, it's there for a reason!

* Keep moving with lifes changes, it might be scary but trying to hold on to the past is worse.

* Be the best person you can be. It feels great to let go of negativity! Always let it go and be positive & hopeful.

* REALLY treat others as you want to be treated!

* Make changes in your life if they make you unhappy...keep moving!

* Surround yourself with people that love you for you, flaws and all.

* Slow down and enjoy the little things.

* Anger and sadness are inevitable human emotions so find a healthy outlet to deal with the issue, then release it.

* You only live once so just do it! ask that person for their # or ask for a raise. What do you really have to lose? no is not a big deal just move right along!

* Cut out all the negativity out of your life, even if it's family. If its impossible don't let it affect you ignore it.

* YOU choose how you feel. You can't be or feel responsible for others issues.be there for people but keep your mind on the up & up.

(example: if your boss is an *** that's HIS problem, not YOURS. he has every right to choose how he feels and if its angry it's not your problem!)

* Sometimes the hardest decisions like say to end an unhappy relationship but are afraid too, will make you stronger and open new doors for happy ones

* Set boundaries with people, say no with no guilt or no excuses if you have too.

Hope this helps! this advise changed my life for the better so enjoy your long, HAPPY life!
Thanks for this!
