Hi All,

This thread is for practicing positive statements about yourself. Try to say at least one thing positive about yourself everyday. If you can't think of one for yourself, feel free to say one about another member.

Remember we're all in this together.

-Moreta
Thanks for this!

I can't remember the night of the chat, PH but the memory of your kindness remains.

Let's see...

Something positive about me. Well, I am treating myself to sitting in a sunbeam right now so I AM being good to me but....my expectation is that I would go for a walk in it before it goes down into the inlet. I love sunbeams, they make my eyes close and they are warm and then sometimes I get to fall asleep in one.

I am a good listener, and I try hard to hear what people are saying, not what my experience makes me want to assume they are saying!
Thanks for this!

BPD2 I struggle with that problem too. What I hear and what people say are sometimes VERY different.

I am a good person.

Distressed2010,
Do you have some images up on your profile? I admire you for being courageous in your art.

I am being more courageous even though I am scared giving my opinion.

I pushed myself today when I was tired. I got out of the house and supported a friend.
