This is similar to some other threads in here, but I thought it would be nice to start a thread specifically for things we are happy about and grateful for. Perhaps separate from "things we did right," this can be anything that helps us cope and makes us appreciate our lives! So often, people come to psych central because they are suffering, because something is wrong, or causing them pain or confusion. here's a chance to share what's right!!

My current "list:"

~ The call for a job interview I got yesterday
~ The food I've been able to eat the past few days (both healthy, and unhealthy, yet all tasty and satisfying!)
~ Having a cat sleep on my bed
~Knowing I'm following through with my goals, even though it's hard sometimes
~Having people who care about me
~Having sports to watch and follow

I am grateful that I am finding the courage to face the things that cause my panic disorder.

THANK YOU!!!!!! I have been searching for a forum for happy people, or people who are at least thankful for what they have. Everyone is so self-absorbed in their own problems that they can't embrace what's going good in their life

I started the Inner Goddess Challenge, check it out, I think you'll like it. It's all about finding things that make you feel empowered and beautiful.

My list is endless, I have so many things I'm thankful for.

More than anything, I'm thankful for my beautiful, strong, supportive girlfriend that is always looking out for me and my well-being. I am thankful that I still have my grandmother in my life, even at 86 years old she continues to give me the best motherly advice. The roof over my head and the people that help me keep it churning. My magickal abilities and the gifts within me- wether I have found them yet or not. The wonderful stars and moon in the night sky that re-energize me.
