Hi,
I'm BlueMonarch, and I'm new here. I took the self-esteem quiz, and I made a whopping 4 out of a 100. That's when I knew something wasn't quite right. I decided to try to improve my self-esteem. The problem is, I don't exactly know how. Improving Self-Esteem is like a giant Thanksgiving Dinner - what do you start with first? I guess I was hoping to hear some ideas from this community.
Thanks!

Hey Bluemonarch. I took the self-esteem quiz and scored a 12, but a bunch of the questions I was not sure how to answer. There seems to be a bunch of good material online, but how to make it part of my everyday life is beyond me. When I am confronted, I just freeze up. My mind goes blank. I do not know what to say.
