Hello guys,
I wanted to ask what do you think what is the difference between insecurity and vulnerability. I believe these two are the same emotion, just different at intensity and its spectrum. If you not accept your vulnerability and avoid it, labeling it as a bad emotion, you suppress, skip it and then from pressure jump directly on insecurity. Insecurity means that you doubt your vulnerability, so it means emotion becomes stronger and already with a negative sense, with fear and doubt in it. In other words I think insecurity is suppressed vulnerability and fear to be yourself. |

Being vulnerable allows other people in, feeling and acting on insecurity keeps people out.

Yea, but this is natural, this are aspects being on one or other state of mind. Definitely insecurity implies defense.
