I have problem communicating with people around.. It seems like its due to my low or no self esteem.. I didn't like anything about myself.. Also I don't feel great and anything i am proud of.. Any suggestions on how can I build up my self esteem?

a good way to build your self esteem is to do things that make you feel good. whether this is being kind to other people, doing something you are talented at, or taking care of yourself. the idea is if you have positive thoughts, you will do positive things and then you will feel good about yourself. when you feel good about yourself you have higher self esteem. the more things you do to feel good the stronger you will feel. good luck.
