Im happy to see that larger women are coming out of the wood works and showing the world that they havethings to offer. What im tired of seeing is a very large portion of them body shaming us thinner women and im tired of people making obesity seem like a healthy choice.

In the midst of having "curvy" power, some of you have managed to tear me and people like me down in the ways you have been torn down. Why?

Why tell me to eat a burger (even though im a vegetarian and have a very healthy diet) and say that I need more meat on my bones and not allow me to tell you to put down the burger and lose some weight? There is a huge double standard.

Going to tell me its okay because we have been putting you down for so long? No, I wont allow that.

Going to tell me thin women have been in the media for so long? Yes, because its a healthy body image. But that doesnt hold up anyway because lately all I have been seeing is larger weighted women everywhere.

Last night my boyfriends sister posted something disgusting. She just doesnt get it. The post was something like: (a thin woman saying to larger woman) "you think you can pull off those clothes, what with your body weight and all?" to which I thought, how horrible. That is body shaming but I have never heard someone speak like that in my 25 years IRL. The larger woman replied "oh no, I cant pull this off? Thats why your boyfriend will help me later!"
That is an equally gross response doesnt do anything good for either cause.

Im also sick and tired of hearing the word "curvy." This is what I have to say about that:
1) Simply being overweight does not make you curvy.
2) Simply being thin does not make you not-curvy.
3) Stop using euphemisms for being fat (i.e. curvy, thick, chunky, etc.) and then turn around and call me and people like me "skinny."

Stop telling me and people like me that real men like curves.
Stop telling me all about how huge your boobs are. Guess what (real men like a handful, not boobs that cover your whole body).
Stop saying "**** the haters" when youre the real hater.
Stop saying things like, "I eat. Im a real woman." I eat too and im real, are you crazy?
Stop telling me to eat something.
Stop saying, "Men like a little something to hold on to." 1) who gives a **** about men? 2) I do have a little something to hold on to; my *** sits gloriously plump over my long and slender legs and my beautiful hips and thin torso giving way to my chest and delicately soft and perky handful of breasts.

I guess im finished here.
Id love to see how you all feel.
I feel the need to copy and paste my first part of this because I know some idiots will forget I wrote it.

I have this problem too (ok not *right* now as I'm pregnant, lol) and I totally agree with this!! Calling me a skinny ***** is just as offensive as calling someone a fat ***. This is seriously one of my biggest pet peeves.

I personally do not like to see human beings (let alone women) insult or verbally attack others in order to make themselves feel better or just for 'fun'.

I guess that covers all sides for me. Fat, thin or in-between we all equally deserve respect.
