I was wondering if there was anyone that suffered from BDD/Body Dysmorphic Disorder? If you do, tell me how you cope.

Yes I suffer from BDD. I found therapy to be very helpful, along with medication.
BDD is very difficult to deal with and can consume your entire life, are you seeking help for this?

My T "claims" I have BDD...but I do NOT!

For BDD is a perceived flaw, mine are real!
