Turn the lights on bright, get real close to the mirror, and look yourself In the eye and repeat 15 times each time, 3 times a day, I am perfectly imperfect and I don't have to change a thing about myself

That may work with self esteem, If the mirror cracks when you do this, don't take it personally and buy another mirror.

Every night, I always tell myself 'you are as good as you are' repeatedly until I believe it. I do meditation as well and breathing exercises.
