I feel like there is sth wrong with me but I'm scared... I'm scared that if i told my parents they would be like nagging about how fortunate I am... I'm scared that there is nth wrong with me... I'm so scared that this is all just an illusion. Like what if I'm jus makin myself think I'm sick but I'm not? Sigh...

Hi cookiexoxo, you don't write what you think is wrong with you but whatever it is I don't see the harm in going to the doctor. They will decide if there is a problem or not.

Do your parents have to know?

Just tell the doctor what is going on and let him decide. It sounds like you are having anxiety if nothing else. I make a list of symptoms before I go in so that I don't forget anything.

Just like yesterday I'm glad I had my list because I was all upset over my dog being sick that I was having trouble focusing on what symptoms I had been having in the past week. It was very helpful and my doctor was able to make a decision to adjust my meds, however if I had only presented being so upset about my dog he might have missed some important things to consider.

Hi, I feel exactly what you've described there, so I'm not really the one to give advice... But have you maybe tried talking to friends about how you're feeling? I know they're not nearly the same as doctors, but they might be able to help you through what you're feeling, and give their opinion on whether you could be 'sick'...
