It may be hard, but at least for today think of one thing that you are proud of.....

I'll start try this.....

I have a neice you I absolutely adore. She is 13 years old and she calls my Mommy #2. She gave me a mothers day card that says, in part, Thanks for being better than an aunt, and better than a mommy - you are my friend."

That makes me proud try this.....

That is so nice, Tranquility. I'm glad you have this joy in your life.

I am proud that I made more progress than I expected reorganizing my messy apartment today.

I'm proud that I'm trying out a couple things first instead of committing to them and then having to quit if I don't like them. Usually I just join whole hog :-) and then when/if interest wanes, quit and feel badly about myself.

I'm proud of having finally written half a essay that's due tomorrow, off to do the second half now! Only 1200 words though (which is pretty cruisy for most law essays lol).

Congrats to everyone else, too!

I am proud that I got up at a decent hour (before 10 AM), made some follow-up calls and returned one job application.
But, I haven't finished my dishes or figured out what to do one the health insurance stuff (see other posting in psychotherapy).
Your neice sounds very special. Congrats everyone!
