I'm struggling so much, forced myself to eat one doughnut hole today People I'm currently around are so mean!

I want to bury my whole being in the sand but I can't, I have to face it for my son's sake and I don't have a clue as to what I'm doing!!! argh!!!!

The world sometimes seems full of people like that. But there are also lots of nice people in the world. Everyone is here in this life to learn, and some have learned more about how to treat others than other people have. Feel for the ones who haven't learned yet, and either show them by your example, or find someone else to associate with. I know that's easier said than done, especially when they are your family and there is an expectation of being around them, unlike a social group you can quit any time you choose.

Hmm, maybe you could pick one thing that is important to you, empathy, or taking responsibility for your own actions, and make a point of demonstrating that skill every time you possibly can until they start to see that it gets good results for you and they decide to practice it too. No need to mention why you are doing that, or point out their deficiencies, since that would just put them on the defensive. Would that work at all?

Fuzzy, there are certain members of pc i consider my own little family which may sound bizzare, but without them i couldn't cope. you are one of my family.
people out there who have no compassion have many times to come round again - that's what i believe. when you have learned lifes lesson, you go on to a better place. lots of people on this site are going to a better place, for we have larned the hard way, compassion, love, caring, giving. this i my opinion. Other people who are selfish, uncompassionate, greedy, self absorbed and lack love and empathy will have to go through life many times again in order to learn. i sincerely nbelieve this, but i think each time becomes easier, because we have learned our lessons - does this make any sense?
