I cannot recommend this enough. You can find all sorts of videos of her audio tapes on YouTube, but this one is my favorite. She has a way of talking that is so caring, thoughtful, and relaxing. She really helps you believe the positive affirmations. The more I listen to her, the better I feel. It's HEALING MAGIC!

I've read You Can Heal Your Life. I prefer to read rather than watch videos. Is the content in the (no longer available) video available in any of her books?

I wanted to delete this thread since the video is no longer up... you can just search her name on YouTube and find tons more. I tried to show the video because unlike many forms of therapy, YouTube videos are free. Except when they're taken down for copyright reasons...........
