Please be patient and eventually someone will answer, there are a lot of threads going around.
Watch videos on youtube, TED talks for example, start practicing a sport you love (you can try several and stay with the one that works for you), tell yourself every morning in front of the mirror you are special, change your diet, read lots of books, surround yourself with good people, study something, write, play an instrument. I hope I can help.

Serzen said it well! I would add that you could ask family/friends to tell you things they like about you. I know it sounds vain, but my therapist had me do this and it really helped me see my positive qualities from their view, I felt so valuable and loved. I wrote a list of what they said and still read it from time to time.

Don't listen to your ego, he's constantly trying to bring you down and he's never right.
Who inserted all that negativity into you, if I may ask? Your parents? Schoolmates?

I don't know. I was bullied growing up.

Ok, I was bullied too. It's time to take all that ***** out of your head and throw it away. If it helps, write down all the negative stuff on a paper and then burn it. Literally burn all the negative crap forever and replace it with the truth, that is, positive stuff.
