Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any books that helped them with self-esteem. I personally have issues with people pleasing and I cannot stand knowing that someone disapproves of me or something I did. I have read "When Pleasing You is Killing Me" I liked that one a lot.. it was a workbook. I also read "The Disease to Please" and that was good as well. Any other suggestions? They do not have to be about people pleasing.. anything self-esteem centered would be great.

Thank you.
Hugs from:
