I have seen some successful career women with bipolar before in the forum, I think you're doing great, keep posting!

Sorry to hear about hostile/inappropriate male behaviors at work, congrats on getting married by the way. "I'm not a quitter!" vs 'being wise and/or smart'. I hope you'll have as much time as you need to think through this, you won't be smart if you don't know if your actions are wise or unwise, I guess you're giving all you got to that decision. I got no practical advice to give to you but, no buts. I think you'll be able to sorta settle with your strong and intelligent mind with the help of your new hubby, to think about your own health and I believe the ability to open new doors are something that you need.

If you can't sue and win over the injustice, it's simply not worth the time and effort.

Thank you, so much. I have given it much thought, and made peace with my decision to leave. I am not going to give any more of myself to these people who are not worth the paycheck. I have a wedding to plan for the time being, and in the interim will apply for new jobs and help my dad out with his office things. I took a chance at this place, I have no regrets. Time to move onward and upward!
