I often worry that people don't like me but then I realise that they do and I think it's got to do with having low self-esteem but I don't want another label

I completely relate to that feeling. I have had it in the past, and occasionally it rears its head at me now too. What I have found that really helps is focusing on bettering myself. Being a person that I'm proud to be. Working on being someone I'm proud of. Then, it doesn't matter if people like me or not (some will, some won't - that's life)
But it doesn't matter if someone doesn't like me. Because I like me. Maybe start with loving yourself, and being the person you want to be and are proud to be. Then, probably the worry that others won't like you will get to be less and less. |
