I don't feel listened to and I'm not feeling loved. I wish I felt like I had value like I once did. It seems I feel less pride in myself than I did. I wonder what activities would improve this.

I have those same feelings. Sometimes feels like I'm shouting into the wind. It feels very lonely.
The one activity that I've been told and see recommended a lot is volunteering. Doing things for others might help you feel valued and proud. |

Random acts of kindness... hold the door open for someone at the store, let someone out of a parking space or at an intersection. Every time someone says thank you or waves because you were kind, that person values you and appreciates you.

Maybe you can listen to yourself. Journal it out and validate how you feel. I also really like the saying "Be the change you want to see in the world." It reminds me that I'm not alone and it helps to give to others and give the attention that I need too, to others.
