Thank you for pointing out my main point about what is self care and why so many people don't know what self care is.

I think self care can look like a lot of things, but really it's just assessing your needs and fulfilling them. For example, I get stressed out when my bed isn't made (I don't know why). Some mornings, self care for me is making my bed. If I've had a long day, self care is watching my favorite TV show. To help me feel less anxious, self care is exercising. It depends on my needs and what I know fulfills them.
