ive been trying to work on myself, after being a caregiver for my mom for 10 years. she passed 3 years ago and I just feel lost.

So sorry for you loss. It must be hard to bear. I would feel lost too in those circumstances. Hope you will lean on us for support so you will not be all alone with your lostness!
