I don't follow my own advice except for really bad days, but a good idea for constant uplifts are just post-it notes to yourself. Leave one on the mirror about how good you look, or how it doesn' tmatter what others think, or just to remind you to smile. Leave one by your class schedule reminding you to try your best and all your talents. Leave one in your jeans drawer saying that you have sexy legs. ; ) Anywhere, anything, every occasion. I only have one I keep up all the time that reminds me that even if things suck now, if I'm alone for a little while, it'll be okay. I won't necessarily be alone forever, and I don't really need anyone either. I look at it every now and then. It's just stuck up on my wall, lol.

Those are great ideas, Kryslo! I keep a picture of my husband on my change purse in my "wallet" so I have to see it whenever I open my wallet and so remember I am loved and cared for and my "back is covered" :-)
