I tried the test, and got 3 true, 10 false, and 3 sometimes (in other words, I know something intellectually, but can't quite feel it or put it into practice).

I'm really frustrated that my self-esteem is continually so low, and never seems to get better. I signed up for the course offered (above), so I'm trying something again. Anybody want to join me? I might post my homework, we'll see.

One interesting point these authors make, which rings true for me, is that uber-high self-esteem is as much of a problem as low self-esteem. Just like assertiveness, healthy self-esteem is a balance, not too little or too much.

I'm in. I got a 7, but it could have been lower, depending on circumstances.

I signed up for the course, too, and would be happy to compare notes with you if you'd like.

I didn't do well at all. Not much of a surprise to me - but it is sad!

Two were true, two others if I really push myself hard every single day. The rest were false.
