That is a good article. I read the first part, and I know that I have that pattern, I've recognized it before, but I find myself tuning out when I try to continue reading. I'll have to come back to it and finish later. I won't be able to take it in properly right now. But my pattern would be to start this, and then not get around to coming back to it, so I need to make sure that I do read the rest later.

thanks for this Perna, i find it very interesting and have probably learned some pessimism in my time... i am hoping we each can learn to move past blocks that darken our personal journeys... together we can help each other and find the ways.....
